Thanks for following the instructions and filing a bug. However, this is
expected behaviour in this case. You need to set the appropriate caps on the
stream coming out of udpsrc, either by using a capsfilter, or using udpsrc's
caps property.

Have a look at gst-plugins-good/tests/examples/rtp/
