That patch does indeed fix the problem. There is a separate problem which is
causing sofiasip to not emit sending when receiving a call from the phone (I
suspect that it might be a regression of
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20842 but there are no regression
tests for calls, and I never got around to writing one to prove it).
