Adding mappings for the xmp functions in -base/gst-libs/gst/tag:

gst_tag_list_from_xmp_buffer
gst_tag_list_to_xmp_buffer

This needed to add new mappings for GstMiniObject to have "const GstBuffer*"
working for these functions. Note that I had no previous experience in this
part and I might have missed something, so review carefully :)
