Yeah, it's kinda broken, especially with live sources :) It's really an
experiment.

It does increment media sequence (the name of .ts), the part that doesn't work
is the playlist refresh.

Feel free to provide patches!

I am more worried by the fact that it doesn't play smoothly, when pushing new
fragments it hangs a little, perhaps because of the way it uses appsrc and
httpsrc. I am sure it's not thread-safe etc...
