As we should be able to show those properties directly to the end user, being
able to translate those string would be much better

Possible solutions:

1) use _N("element long name desc") in the implementation and _(longname) in
gst_element_factory_get_longname
   > Issue: require all translations of element descriptions inside core 

2) Only use _("foo") in the gst_element_class_set_details_simple()
   >Issue: translated strings would be stored in the registry
