I've pushed all my pending patches to this git repository :
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~bilboed/gst-plugins-base/

* Switched all stream structures to being miniobjects
* switch par/framerate to pairs of guint
* Renamed all structures accordingly
* Made contents of GstDiscoverer private
