this is a regression from before.

http://195.10.10.75:8800/live.webm is the stream.

gst-launch playbin2 uri=http://195.10.10.75:8800/live.webm and gst-launch
playbin2 uri=http://195.10.10.75:8800/live.webm flags=0x97 playback fine.
