I don't think any seeking issues are related to the missing plugins, but would
be a separate issue with the gstreamer/library codecs installation and versions
of back when this bug was reported. Would be useful to test this again and
report somehow separately.

Bug 618850 and bug 619739 are tracking implementations for private/teletext.
Bug 618542 for private/x-dvbsub.

I don't think we can do anything else here in regards to the bug title than
perhaps suppress missing-plugins on private/teletext, but better might be to
get one of the implementations reviewed/good enough for inclusion.
