Just pulled gstreamer git head and compiled. 
This doesn't work in windows.

When in gstinfo.c, g_module_symbol returns 0x3ed5560 for gst_debug_log_default,
and when in my application, code

gpointer ptr=&gst_debug_log_default returns 0x3e298e2
