@sebastian, since the original bayer2rgb plugin did not rely at all on an
external implementation (which is the case here with libdc1394), the plugin
would have had an unclean architecture.

Regarding the caps, the problem is that there is no official bayer formats
naming scheme, using properties proved easier to implement (and doesn't require
touching gstreamer base types).
