Here is a test case:

GST_DEBUG=*tsdemux*:5 gst-launch videotestsrc num-buffers=90 ! schroenc !
mpegtsmux  ! identity single-segment=1 ! mpegtsdemux ! fakesink 2>&1 | grep
"PAT section" | wc -l
