Fair enough, but if A <= X <= B, C <= Y <= D and the current property isn't [
MIN(A,C), MAX(B,D) ] then the allowed range of the property in GStreamer is
restricting x264's functionality.
In my opinion, at least, the min/max could be documented, else guarantee that
all input is completely validated and appropriate error messages are given from
the API when provided [ INT_MIN, INT_MAX ] or whatever.
What would you prefer?
