I created bug #609816 for tracking the Windows specific plugins bindings
progress. If you need any help with that feel free to ask...

Also, if you provide me with the output of

elementgen/gsts-xmlinspect directdrawsink

...and the same for all other elements that you need I could add the bindings
myself :)
