 1. wget http://pearce.org.nz/video/big_buck_bunny_427x240.indexed.ogg
 2. gst-launch-0.10 playbin2
uri=file:///path/to/big_buck_bunny_427x240.indexed.ogg

Result: green vertical stripe at the right side of the video frame
