gst-launch-0.10  http://pearce.org.nz/video/big_buck_bunny_427x240.indexed.ogg
! oggdemux ! fakesink -v

fails to preroll (in a resonable amount of time). It also fails to preroll in
playbin2, with buffering sometimes going up to 40% or so, and then back to
0%(-ish). Very weird.
