Following commit should fix this.

Note that 'fixing' is slightly relative.  That is, the output will not exactly
abide by the bitrate as set on faac.  However, no better seems possible as the
results are now those that would otherwise be obtained by the standalone faac
binary (using similar settings).

    In particular, align configuration some more with reference binary faac.
