Il manque certain paquets

 décodeur MPEG-Layer 3 (MP3) :gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg -
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly, 
Je ne peux lire aucun, CD, Ni écouter la radio, ni les vidéo, dvd, mp3, m'a ton
vendu un appareil défectueux, cela vient t-il d'un mauvaise installation.

Quand j'essaye de lire un DVD d'installer ou autre "Le message est 
                                            : Le logiciel requis pour lire ce
fichier n'est pas installé. Vous devez installer les greffons appropriés pour
lire les fichiers. 
                                           : Voulez-vous rechercher un greffon
qui prenne en charge le fichier sélectionné?

                                           : La recherche inclura également des
logiciels qui ne sont pas soutenus officiellement. 

Que dois-je faire?
 j'ai une tour ubuntu  9.04 et aussi gnome, je ni connais grand chose mais, je
pense que le logiciel est viable,

I can read any CD, or listen to the radio or the video, dvd, mp3, tone sold me
a defective unit, it just does a bad installation.

When I try to play a DVD or other installation "The message is
                                            : The software required to view
this file is not installed. You must install the appropriate plugins to play.
                                           : Do you find a plugin that supports
the selected file?

                                           : The research will also include
software that are not officially supported.

What should I do?
 I have a tower ubuntu 9.04 and also gnome, I neither know much but I think the
software is viable
