Using the latest gstreamer, we are seeing EOS commands when seeking in a
push-mode http-streamed avi file.

Rob Sanderson said he is able to reproduce this issue using the following URL. 
He asked that we submit this bug.

Note: We used the following command (with our gstreamer-based player) to
reproduce this issue.  The log when running this command is attached below.

GST_DEBUG=avidemux:5 nthplayereng
