WildMidi newer version (0.2.3.1) [1] breaks the API and gstreamer's plugin
needs update.

The attached patch is an initial version of this version port, I know it should
have #ifdefs for version checks, but WildMidi doesn't seem to have versioning
anywhere on their headers. It also seems to lack a .pc file, which I'm about to
 suggest its maintainer to add.

I'd like also to have suggestions on the properties names, as I don't know what
they mean and the appropriate names.
