in the provided file[1] if you open it in totem, seek to <~5 minutes, watch
until 5:30, press the left arrow once to seek back; then watch to and beyond
5:30 again the audio will drop out around where you initially seeked from with
the arrow key, and then continue to drop in and drop out; never really
re-syncing with the video.
