Yeah, I don't think this is something we want. You should be able to set
environent variables to point to the desired binaries if they're not picked up
automatically IIRC.

gstenumtypes/gstmarshal are generated at build time. You need to let 'make'
build the other directories before you can do stuff in docs/, thats just how it
is.
