okay we found out that the latency only occures if there are vob subtitle
streams AND AT THE SAME TIME a SRT suburi. this is probably a very rare
condition in the field so let's forget about the delay.

another thing that I still desperatly long for is correct subtitle type
detection right after preroll and not just ...SOME TIME as soon as the demux
starts seeing the first buffers. and preferably ALL sub streams, not just the
currently selected one.
