Would changing the naming make people happier ? 

gst_caps_intersect_keep_order() ?
gst_caps_intersect_with_order() ?
gst_caps_intersect_with_first_order() ?

Ending-up with non-optimal caps-nego because of this is getting increasingly
painful with complex pipelines.
