I think that nobody has gotten around to do the rank change.  Or perhaps it's
because mpeg4videoparse is in -bad, I'm not sure.

The reason you quote is not really valid.  A decoder that is capable of
handling the parse should just get a rank that is even higher than
mpeg4videoparse.
