Summary: Since upgrading plugins sound is garbled via Amarok
Classification: Desktop
Product: GStreamer
Version: 0.10.x
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: ermanaricus at gmail.com
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME target: ---
GNOME version: ---
Amarok (using the GStreamer Phonon backend) will play the first track in the
playlist fine, then when it moves on to the second it becomes garbled, as if
the sound is being played through an electric fan. If I restart amarok it will
do this again. I think it is since my last system update which included:
Updated gstreamer-ffmpeg-0.10.10-1.fc12.x86_64
Update 0.10.10-1.fc12.1.x86_64
Updated gstreamer-plugins-bad-free-0.10.18-1.fc12.x86_64
Update 0.10.19-1.fc12.x86_64
Updated gstreamer-plugins-good-0.10.22-1.fc12.x86_64
Update 0.10.23-1.fc12.x86_64
