Playlist in m3u format

I just upgraded to gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.19-1~ppa10.04+1
from the kalon33 PPA to test. The file plays in Totem as it always have, but
the same problem remains: Totem plays a stream with a bitrate of 32 kbit/s,
which can be observed by the lousy quality and by watching the network download
rate in gnome-system-monitor hovering around 4 KiB/s. If the referred to stream
address "http://wmscr1.dr.dk/e02ch03m?wmcontentbitrate=300000" is opened in VLC
instead, the download rate is around 16 KiB/s, and the quality is better
(though not fantastic). The asx file is from a link that advertises a 128
kbit/s stream.

The attached file is a playlist in m3u format which opens in both programs and
shows the problem: Totem plays 32 kbit/s stream, while VLC plays 128 kbit/s
stream.
