qtdemux: Handle empty edts entries

Empty segments in edit lists in qtff files means
a segment without media for that track. This patch
makes qtdemux consider and handle empty segments
by skipping their duration in the track time position,
preventing it from being selected for buffer pushing
until the empty segment ends.
