this is almost true, but the real problem that in gstreamer in a running
pipeline there is no caps renegotiation:-( or at least we're not able to do it.
so even if our stream has proper sps/pps and the right width/height in the raw
stream we can't put into a matroska file:-( while in the previous version when
matroskamux do NOT require caps with width/height we can put the stream into a
matroska file...
