I try to reproduce a RTSP stream using TCP with the following command:

gst-launch rtspsrc latency=1000 protocols=tcp
location=rtsp://helix.kanren.net/Archive/chapmanusd/PromWalk-Ins3.mov !
decodebin ! xvimagesink

If i use VLC with the following command line the stream plays.

vlc --rtsp-caching 1000 --rtsp-tcp
rtsp://helix.kanren.net/Archive/chapmanusd/PromWalk-Ins3.mov
