xmp is now implemented in gst-plugin-base/gst-libs/gst/tag/.

Exif should probably be done the same way, as besides jpeg exif can be in wav
and avi files
(http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/TagNames/RIFF.html#Exif).
