tag: exif: Adds new geo-location tag mappings

New patch that adds some new tag mappings and does lots of
refactoring to the code.

Adds mappings for:
GST_TAG_GEO_LOCATION_CAPTURE_DIRECTION
GST_TAG_GEO_LOCATION_MOVEMENT_DIRECTION
GST_TAG_GEO_LOCATION_MOVEMENT_SPEED
GST_TAG_GEO_LOCATION_ELEVATION

Does some refactoring in the code to reduce number of parameters
passed to functions

Tests included.
