cdparanoiasrc: fix build on OSX by #undef-ing VERSION before including system
headers

Bug reporter: ping? (re. Dave's question whether an #undef VERSION is enough?)

Hacking around this in the plugin itself seems easy enough, but I'm not really
sure how to best do this in configure.ac.
