Test app to reproduce

That is, attached app will perform a seek to some initial position in a clip
provided by URL and then lots of state changes PAUSED/PLAYING.  So by seeking
near the end there is a good chance to run into it, though it depends a bit on
the clip (and still not deterministic of course).
