thanks for the hints.
i have fixed the kernel-module so it now properly returns a list of supported
formats with VIDIOC_ENUM_FMT.
after some more hacking, the loopback device is now working with the "v4l2sink"
element.

anyhow, while doing so, i discovered some minor issues with the v4l2sink
element, for which i attach 2 patches.
