All public symbols should have GstPhotography prefix, thus we need to rename
the enum types e.g. GstWhiteBalanceMode -> GstPhotographyWhiteBalanceMode

The GStreamer API uses US American English spelling, not British
English spelling: Thus we should change "COLOUR" => "COLOR".
