Does this command:

$ gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=input.ogg ! oggdemux ! vorbisparse !
vorbistag ! oggmux ! filesink location=output.ogg

produce the same result?

In any case, I think this is a GStreamer problem so I'm reassigning there.
