I think you're both right ;)

GstXmpConfig is only solving part of the problem and a more generic
GstTagSetter configuration system would be better. But OTOH it seems to be
complicated to define a nice interface for this and the need for GstXmpConfig
is there *now*. We can still remove GstXmpConfig from 0.11 and replace it with
something more generic, 0.11 will be there soon.
