In vp8enc the property to set multipass encoding is multipass-mode, but it
would be a lot better if it was just 'pass' as then it would have the same name
as x264enc and ffenc_mpeg4. Makes it easier for application developers to
actually use the property if it doesn't change between different encoders (even
if the property values does).

multipass-cache-file is already the same as the other encoders.
