The command in comment#4 does not produce audio glitches. This does:

$ gst-launch-0.10 uridecodebin uri="file:///home/dan/Videos/p.flv" name=dmux !
queue ! audioconvert ! audiorate ! audioresample ! wavenc ! filesink
location=test.wav
