If you go to Manufacturer Files on the left side and click on submit you'll get
a list that contains the OpenCube-00004.mxf file.

Note that this only affects playbin, not playbin2 (last time I tested) and as
such can probably be just be closed after confirming that it doesn't happen
with playbin2 anymore.
