I am a bit concerned here that such custom hacks will not fare well when moving
to base audio decoder.

Also, if possible, clipping should be expressed by segments, so to take care of
both of these it may have to be oggdemux that will have to budge and arrange
for proper timestamping and segment wizardry to arrange the intended effect.
