I see.
I'll try that segment idea soon. I'm not too sure how it'll work out seeing
that Vorbis has this in the spec but other formats probably don't.

oggdemux does have the ability to detect a non zero start granulepos for
streams. This *should* work, but then oggdemux is a tough beast to tame.
