Note that the METADATA_CUESHEET block seems to not actually be used that much
for embedding cuesheets, because it can only store the track offsets and not
any CDTEXT etc. that cue sheets also often contain.

Instead the data is stored as a cuesheet= Vorbis comment, which can be accessed
in raw form just by searching through the GST_TAG_EXTENDED_COMMENT.
