Hah, I'd set it to 10 seconds, but mistakenly re-used the original 10 minutes
value when cleaning up before posting, you're right.

Since the standard mandates 100 ms maximum delay between PCRs, I'll change the
code with that in mind. I'm not sure about several PCRs in a row though. If we
get two, it would seem that the more likely is an error in the discontinuity
indicator instead, than an error in PCR, no ?
