Looks like the combination of 21d3faa40070b2ddc10a1c572bd4d4a7dd28af39 and
cf3f3f14da6561223bf9f5d6bf1ff230526d40eb has broken a/v sync for certain flv
files.

http://zaheer.merali.org/disk-flv-elc.20111202-205426.flv is an example file. I
have many if any others are needed, please let me know.

If I revert those 2 commits on my local git of gst-plugins-good, all is fine
a/v sync wise.
