Another addition I'd really like is to put the number of streams in the
audio/x-opus caps so the rtp payloader can limit that to 1, this way we can
make sure we always have something that will work. Otherwise the patch looks
ok, did you test if it works with Empathy (pro tip: I use Empathy & Pidgin on
the same machine for testing).
