I fixed the typos I saw. Also moved a repeated warning to a debug with counter.

I tried this patch on a non live+videorate pipeline (encoding some short piece
of propaganda with Thoggen), and the patched theoraenc generated invalid
granpos (dup-on-gap was not enabled). Something to do with timestamps I
suppose, though I've not debugged.
