Summary: [regression] Lots of dropouts in Empathy voip calls
    Classification: Desktop
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: arun at accosted.net
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
      GNOME target: ---
     GNOME version: ---

Making an Empathy call results in scratchy voice quality and it sounds like
the audio's dropping a few times a second. This seems to be introduced by a
regression between core 0.10.31 and 0.10.32 (downgrading to the former makes
the problem go away).
