There is a bug in this patch, the buffer-size is configured after the udp
element is set to PAUSED and then it doesn't have any effect anymore.

    rtspsrc: increase udp buffer size

    Set a bigger UDP buffer size by default to reduce packet loss with
    high bitrate streams.
