These files were created by remuxing MPEG-2 transport stream from DVB-S with
the FFmpeg. 
I stress that this was remuxing, not re-encoding, i.e. command line parameters
were -vcodec copy -acodec copy

FFmpeg doesn't touch GOP headers, therefore these data came from a satellite.
Unfortunately, I don't know neither the satellite, nor the provider.
